• Resurveying by picking existing beacons and plotting of 32.0 Acres parcel of land and 50.0 Acres parcel of land which are already subdivided into ¼ acre plots, located in Kajiado County
• Approval of the Survey maps by the District Surveyor;
• Preparation and approval of mutations of the same;
• Correction of Title deeds and green cards for three plots in the 50-acre land parcel.

Your quotation should be received in this office (NHIF Building, 11^th floor) on or before 6^th February 2020 by 5.00 p.m. and it should include the following information:-

• Profile for previous similar assignment with a copy of proof;
• Breakdown of the anticipated cost as well as the total cost for the whole exercise; and
• Timeframe for the whole exercise.
